Equipment Installation
We’ll get started by identifying the utilities in your yard before excavating. Pipes will then be installed in a U-shaped pattern. Once the pipes are finished, any open areas will be refilled, and you can add grass seed or sod.
With the pipes and outdoor work finished, the indoor piece of your installation can get underway.
Attaching your geothermal HVAC system inside isn’t unlike what you’d expect from any other kind of heating or central AC installation. We’ll take out the old unit, fit your new system to current ductwork and get it heating and cooling.
Each geothermal installation has its own schedule, so ask BW/Cook Service Experts to have them figure out the expected time needed for your system.
Plan Annual Maintenance
Once your new geothermal system is ready, you can operate it like any other heating or cooling equipment. You’ll also need to plan regular service to keep it operating at peak performance.
Geothermal heating and cooling is as reliable as regular heating and cooling systems, but once installed, it can provide you with improved efficiency. Take advantage of the significant energy-saving and tax-saving benefits it can deliver.
